In our initial review of an online casino, we always use a desktop computer. Every once in a while we come across a casino that clearly wasn’t designed for desktop users and Spin Samurai Casino is one of those casinos. This is very obviously a mobile-first online casino. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it’s not great either, and it means you may run into issues if you’re using a computer.
The menu icon reveals it. On the desktop, menu options are usually available in a sidebar that remains a constant presence. On mobile, tabs are activated via three horizontal lines. These lines are often referred to as the “hamburger icon”, although in this case, it looks more like a Big Mac that is about to meet disaster, as the middle line bulges outward.
You can’t scroll the main page up or down when the menu is open and that, along with a few other trivial issues, means Spin Samurai Casino works better on mobile.
For example, we’re not big fans of how the menu icon works. We don’t care, and we don’t mean to sound mean, but let’s be honest, anything that causes frustration and slows down your browsing or gaming experience is worth noting. Spin Samurai Casino has a withdrawal limit, which was a huge disappointment for us. This is something we complained about a lot and noted during our Zen Betting Casino review. The limit here isn’t as low as some other sites, but at $7,500 per week and $15,000 per month, it’s still not ideal. This pretty much excludes high rollers, which is a shame, because there’s a very tempting High Roller bonus to lure them in!
There are some big positives here, though. First, all winnings are processed within just a few hours, so your winnings should land fairly quickly after confirming the withdrawal. Second, the verification process is incredibly fast.
Previously we noted how many players are frustrated when verification takes 2 or 3 days, although we are relatively happy with it (we started playing online casinos when verification took up to 2 weeks, so we have a high tolerance). The fact that Spin Samurai Casino can check websites in just an hour or two is awesome. Of course, not everyone will be verified quickly, but most will.
At the time of writing, just a few months after Spin Samurai Casino launched, there aren’t many reviews. On the plus side, the reviews that do exist are quite positive and there are no signs that players are having a bad time with this casino.
